If you don’t receive at least one file within 24 hours of your purchase or subscription, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. Even if you request a refund, you will still receive your files once they are processed.
Eligibility Requirements
You must have purchased or subscribed within the last 7 days.
You must contact us within 48 hours after the 24-hour delivery period has passed..
For subscription plans, if at least one of your files has been successfully processed (marked as "Completed" on your dashboard), you are no longer eligible for a refund, as the service has already been used successfully.
This policy does not apply if the link to the files you provided to us is invalid, the decryption key provided is invalid, the link exceeds your plan's file size limit, or is deemed invalid or the files are hosted on a cloud storage service which we don't support. In such cases, we will make efforts to contact you to resolve the issue beforehand.
