Guaranteed Delivery

At BAIDUDL, we stand by our commitment to delivering your files reliably. If you don't receive at least one file within the applicable delivery period, you are eligible for a full refund. The delivery window is 24 hours for one-time plans, 48 hours for subscription plans, and 5 days for large file plans. For standard one-time plans (Small Files, Mid-sized Files, and Big Files), even if you request a refund, you will still receive your files once they are processed. For subscription and large file plans, file delivery is not guaranteed after a refund has been issued.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this policy, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have purchased or subscribed within the last 7 days.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours after the applicable delivery period (24 hours for one-time plans, 48 hours for subscriptions) has passed.
  • For subscription plans, if at least one of your files has been successfully processed (marked as "Completed" on your dashboard), you are no longer eligible for a refund, as the service has already been used successfully.

Exclusions & Limitations

This policy does not apply in the following scenarios:

  • If the link to the files you provided to us is invalid, the decryption key provided is invalid, the link exceeds your plan's file size limit, or the files are hosted on a cloud storage service which we don't support. In such cases, we will make efforts to contact you to resolve the issue beforehand.
  • Additionally, for the "Download Large Files" plans (Large, Massive, and Huge Files), the Guaranteed Delivery window is extended to 5 days due to the variable nature of international connections and routing in China. If we cannot deliver your files within this 5-day period, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that for these plans, file delivery is not guaranteed after a refund has been issued.

Subscription Cancellation

Upon receiving a refund for a subscription plan, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will lose access to the service. Any remaining quota or unused downloads will be forfeited.

By proceeding with this purchase or subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and meet all the eligibility requirements outlined in our Guaranteed Delivery Policy. You acknowledge that you are aware of the conditions for requesting a refund and agree to the process for refund initiation, as described above.
