At BAIDUDL, we stand by our commitment to delivering your files reliably. If you don't receive at least one file within the applicable delivery period, you are eligible for a full refund. The delivery window is 24 hours for one-time plans, 48 hours for subscription plans, and 5 days for large file plans. For standard one-time plans (Small Files, Mid-sized Files, and Big Files), even if you request a refund, you will still receive your files once they are processed. For subscription and large file plans, file delivery is not guaranteed after a refund has been issued.

Upon receiving a refund for a subscription plan, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will lose access to the service. Any remaining quota or unused downloads will be forfeited.
