Welcome to BAIDUDL ("BAIDUDL"), operated by BAIDUDL Cloud Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
BAIDUDL is a file mirroring service that allows users to download files across multiple platforms.
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all content you upload, download, or otherwise transmit through our Service. You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit or share through our Service.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: violating any applicable laws or regulations; infringing on the intellectual property rights of others; uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; using our Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications; interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
We use Stripe to process payments. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. All payments made for our Service are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, one-time payments, and any other charges related to the use of our Service. We do not provide refunds for partial use of the Service or if you decide to discontinue use of the Service before the end of your billing cycle. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests. However, approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change our fees and refund policy at any time upon reasonable notice.
Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BAIDUDL Cloud Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you upload to our Service.
Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BAIDUDL Cloud Services regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
