For one-time plans, refunds are generally not available unless the link exceeds the plan's file size limit or is deemed invalid. However, under our Guaranteed Delivery Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund if you do not receive at least one file within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of whether you are on a subscription or one-time plan, and provided you meet the eligibility requirements. Refunds are not available once the files have been successfully delivered or processed.
